Chairman and Chief Engineer

Graduated from Jiangsu University, majored in electrical engineering and automation, and once worked in Aerospace Linquan Motor Company and SAIC Huayu Electric Company. He has published 6 academic papers related to motors, obtained nearly 30 national patents, and won the "Second Prize of National Defense Science and Technology Progress" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and advanced Individual of Guizhou Province "National 13th Five-Year Pre-research Project".

From 2014 to 2017, he successfully developed the first hairpin motor for new energy vehicles in China and cultivated the domestic hairpin motor industry supply chain; In 2018, he was jointly awarded the honor of "Technical Expert in the new-energy vehicle industry" by SAE, CAAM (China Association of Automobile Manufactures), and other departments; From 2018 to 2021, he was employed by SAE-S (Shanghai Society of Automotive Engineers) as an expert in the automotive quality expert pool; In 2019, he participated in National Energy-saving and New Energy Vehicle Electric Drive System Roadmap 2020 to 2035 Conference; From 2020 to 2021, he led and completed the preparation of the industry standard for the first direct oil-cooled motor in the global industry. In January 2021, he was selected as the expert judge of the Transportation and Transport Engineering(E12) under the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
